Thank you for visiting my site and considering the purchase of an original watercolor.  It is my desire to make your purchase experience the best that it can be by providing information on the process and my policy on returns. Please note that the prices of artwork do not include frames unless otherwise noted. Paintings are matted and shipped flat in clear sleeves protected by acid-free foam core backings. Please note, most of the artwork on this site, including archived works, are available as prints and in other forms through the link found in the "Menu" on this site.

Payments are accepted thru PayPal, which accepts Visa, American Express, Master Card, PayPal Credit, and Discover. Buyers must be verified with a confirmed address.

After funds have cleared orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Local pickup is available in Riverside, CA.

Carriers may vary, but will generally include either UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Insurance and tracking is included on all shipments.

Domestic Shipping: Because shipping rates vary by size, location and other factors, a flat charge of 10% is charged to cover shipping. Domestic shipping charges are shown prior to final checkout.  As listed previously, this rate will include insurance and tracking, as well. 

International Sales and Shipping: Thank you for your interest in my art.  I am currently not selling and shipping to international locations. Prints are available internationally by clicking on the link "Shop Prints and Art Products."

Damage: Paintings are currently shipped flat with an acid-free mat and foam core backing in a clear archival sleeve.  They are carefully packaged to protect against vibration, pressure, and moisture. However if your order arrives damaged keep your original carton with packaging material and contact the carrier for further instructions.

Returns: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  With that in mind, I offer a 3 day approval period and return option. Notification must be made within three (3) days of receipt; and the painting returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Returns will be at the buyer's expense, with tracking and insurance included and the artwork must be in it's original packaging. Once the artwork is received back in it's original condition your purchase price will be refunded.
